Established in 1862 W&G Baird Limited is a lithographic printer based in Antrim. The role of Quality Coordinator is a pivotal role within the company, setting standards, and collaboratively leading continuous improvement as we grow the business and enter new markets.

The role is to Monitor, maintain and improve the business’ quality performance including; internal costs and quality standards to meet company objectives and customer requirements.
Establish specific controls for demonstrable sustainment of the Best Practice in line with ISO 9001 & 14001 standards. Assist the operational business units to exceed quality objectives.
Obtain and analyse company information to initiate/implement projects and improvement programmes
Support continuous improvement, be involved in trials, improve process control procedures and work with the site teams to resolve any quality issues through route cause analysis.
Liaison with other departments and external bodies to ensure that all services are available for quality assurance and where there are problems ensure those responsible are notified so that appropriate action is taken to minimize the disruption to our customers.
Preparation and design of weekly, monthly, annual reports/ compliance information.
