Established in 2013, S3 is an independent consultancy company. We help public and 3rd sector organisations deliver meaningful social change. Our mission is to leave a positive and lasting impact on the people, organisations and communities we work with, supporting social change.
Our work is channelled through two distinct but connected parts of the business:
Our areas of expertise are in research, evaluation and impact measurement, feasibility study, business planning and strategic planning. We specialise in the use of economic and financial valuation tools and we communicate findings through highly visual and easy to understand reports.
We provide a monthly subscription service for 3rd sector organisations (sports clubs, charities, social enterprises, community groups etc). Typically, we provide help with sourcing funding, action planning, advice, fundraising, tenders & bid writing, gift aid and more.
We are looking for an ambitious, technical focused computing graduate to join our team to help us to develop a bespoke project management, reporting and impact measurement software solution. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled developer to gain cutting edge industry experience with supervision from application development experts. The successful applicant will be given a visual design, project brief and development plan at the start of the project. The successful applicant will be a PHP / Laravel developer with specialism in developing web applications using the Laravel Framework within the PHP programming language. We require a motivated and ambitious Fullstack developer looking for a challenging role where you can learn lots more. The successful applicant will also have to produce training documentation for staff and instruct them on how to use and administer the web application.
• Flexible working hours and conditions
• Education and training opportunities (as part of the project)
