Business with Academia company Cootehill Precision Engineering represent county in the National Enterprise Awards 2020

Cootehill Precision Engineering Ltd in County Cavan Ireland have been manufacturing precision engineering components since 1992, and have built an enviable reputation for advice, quality of work and fast service as we have grown.​

Cootehill Precision Engineering are involved in a three way partnership between themselves, Ulster University and the hire of a Project Manager, Richard O'Kare to deliver a 12 month research and innovation project which is partly funded by Business with Academia Co-Innovate Programme. This project is now in it's final quarter and the benefits are evident in their development and improvement of their products and services.

The Co-Innovate Programme is supported by the European Union's INTERREG VA Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).

Cootehill Precision Engineering won the award for the 'Best Established Business for 2020'. They also won this award in 2017. The second award they won is for 'Overall Business Enterprise Award 2020 for County Cavan'. Cootehill Precision Engineering are now going forward to represent County Cavan in the National Enterprise Awards 2020.
